How would you describe your role in tackling the challenges posed by the pandemic? As the CEO, how are you developing strategies to main
tain the position of Grovy India in the industry?
COVID was a trying time for the construction industry. But I believe such challenges only serve to make us better equipped to deal with the future. During COVID our main response in short term was by taking care of our employees and daily wage labor. Now our long term response has been to put in place SOPs for maintaining a safe work environment for our man power and provide to virtual walk throughs and detailed pictures for our completed and ongoing projects for our clients. The Construction industry has always been embroidered in various conspiracies and negative appearances. We are trying to bring transparency in all our dealings so that the customer can always feel safe. This is achieved through proper legal framework in all our transactions and the timely delivery of all our projects.

Which are the areas you are planning to focus on to take India towards sustainable development?
The luxury Real Estate market is still not very open to adopting technology and green building techniques. We are looking at some new technologies which will not only bring a better quality of life for our customers but also lead to more sustainable development. The willingness of developers to adopt such green technologies is the way forward.
