Rajesh Gopinath, the founder of Target Innovations, made his way into machine manufacturing, simply by pursuing his passion for creativity and innovation. During an early age, Rajesh gathered a keen desire to start his own venture with a view to offer fresh and innovative solutions with an emphasis on quality. Years later, the same vision paved his way to incepting Target Innovations an ISO 9001-2015 Certified Manufacturer & Exporter of Product Inspection Systems & Packaging machines. Rajesh also excels in communicating ideas to people, which helps him to not only thrive his enterprise, but also become a role model for the future entrepreneurs. Let's hear it from Rajesh, who walks us through his journey and experiences.

What sparked your inspiration to construct your professional journey in the Machinery Industry?
Ever since I stepped into my adolescence, I was right on the path of creativity. This thought process intensely mesmerized me to grab the very first opportunity to start my own machine manufacturing unit. And here on, my inherent ambition that was so far under wraps started strongly motivating me to explore the possibilities of manufacturing

metal detector check weighers and other filling, packaging machines, all indigenously.

What factors led you to establish your venture in Goa? What were the kinds of challenges you had to overcome to get to where you are now?
Goa, then a Union Territory, definitely had a number of infrastructure barriers. The Government of India was then seriously contemplating to bring several industries to gradually wingspread the roots on this land. Soon after various financial packages, tax levitation benefits, transport grid providence started shaping up at a fast pace. I lived in Kerala at that time, and I sensed an ideal bonanza opportunity here to carve a niche in this wonderland of Goa that had similar tropical conditions that were prevailing in Kerala. Hence, we migrated to Goa and established Target Innovations.

Elucidate Target Innovations as an organization and its position in the machinery industry. Also talk about its USP.
Target Innovations is a reliable manufacturer of packaging machinery and complete packing solutions. We manufacture and export different types of metal detection and separation systems. We provide online check weighing machines, packing machines such as automatic liquid filling with volumetric and weighmetric machines, bottle filling machines which are applicable in the field of juice, oil filling, honey filling, and chemical filling to name a few. As a growing company we endeavor to nourish our philosophy that is a product is only good enough if it is commercially viable, tariff competitive, and mostly devoid of

any hidden loopholes. We maintain high quality parameters for product line up and strictly adhere to delivery schedules and render prompt service to our customers.

What are the opportunities that you foresee?
Change is the spice of life. Hence, one needs to uplift in accordance with the changing commerce scenario. The scope is tremendous in this domain. As the national economy scales up, it provides a plethora of opportunities for players like us. After which there is no looking back. And the future truly holds the key to success for upcoming business houses to transform themselves from small scale to large scale industries.

What would you like to convey to the entrepreneurs starting a new in this industry?
I would advise the upcoming leaders to do things passionately and believe in their dreams. In a race, the participant who bags number one and who finishes last, the winning spirit is invariably the same in both. So, keep moving ahead with the hope that your time will certainly come. I believe I have achieved everything I dreamt for so far because I always cherished the idea of seeing my developmental graph in ascendancy without the fear of complacency.
