Tell us about the reason for the success of the company.
The reason for the success of the company lies in the expertise that it brings to the table. We have a team of experienced professionals who were flight release engineers, aircraft maintenance mechanics; our officials have handled other specialized departments. With the team of experts the company is able to solve all the major issues that may incur from the client’s end. I have been working in the aviation
sector since 1993 when I joined Sahara Airlines. I was in charge of all its logistics operations for quite some time. In order to provide quality parts and Consumable support within India, I found Team Aviation to eradicate quality issues in the products and improve supply chain deficiency in the process. Team Aviation India operates as a group of companies that takes interest in Aviation Support /Logistics (with specialization in Aerospace sector), Hospitality, and more. We offer products from various OEM’s whom we represent for India apart from all other product lines.

What are the processes through which you drive excellence inthe company?
The company believes in maintaining the optimum quality in its products and service, thus, We are approved to quality standards like AS9120 B/ASA/ Ncage, and more. Apart from being experts in the aviation industry, the board of directors in the company also has immense experience in the supply chain management sector which gives the company an added advantage over its competitors in the market. The Board of Directors of the company have vast experience in the field of Aviation, specially complete Supplychain Management. Our personnel are highly experienced Industry Veterans with extensive knowledge in Indian Aerospace Design, manufacturing, purchasing, Logis
tics, planning, maintenance and repair and have been interacting with Govt/Private Industry in the country. Our offices are conveniently located in the entire aerospace or defence hubs in India. Currently, we are supporting our principals in Govt. Sector, Commercial Airlines and General Aviation sector. Team Aviation India also concentrates a lot on the sourcing of its products. The products offered by the company are obtained from trusted sources which fulfill Civil Aviation Requirements of India. There are many other international standard certifications for the products used by the company which also is one of the factors for its competitive advantage.

What is the roadmap ahead for the company?
We started the company back in 2007 and have come a long way since then. We have seen the latest technology innovations change the perceptions towards aerospace operations in the market and have changed our service structure in according with the changing trends. As of now, the company is very well positioned in the Indian Aviation Parts support/after-market and we are able to deliver products/ services all across the Indian Sub-continent. The company wants to expand its portfolio in the field of manufacturing of parts/Hardware and other products for Indian Defense and Foray into MRO market. We would like to set up a parts support center in India to cater to increasing demand of aircraft parts and Expendables/ Consumables.
