Throw some light on your professional background and experience. What inspired you to establish Aryaman Detective Services and Solutions?
I am a professional with a flair for sales,marketing, and business development. I love taking risks and exploring new avenues and I have fortunately acquired innate entrepreneurial skills. Being an observant child at a very young age, I could sense people struggling in relationships. Their baseless doubts
were not only spoiling the relationship between husband and wife, but also putting the existence of the family on a toss. After working for more than a decade in the corporate sector, I decided to quit my job and do something for society, and that prompted the genesis of 'Aryaman'.
How would you define Aryaman Detective Services and Solutions as an organization? What is the unique proposition that your organization offers to its clients?
Aryaman was founded with the motto to protect the property rights of individuals and companies, and also ensure protection against piracy, theft, or burglary. We are also known for personal investigation, surveillance, teenage monitoring, family court cases, civil crime cases, child custody & maintenance, investigation of cheating partners, pre-post matrimonial investigations, the quest for a missing person, and dating scams. We have now ventured into corporate investigation services offering Employee Background Verification, Insurance claims and other related verifications, like Employee theft, Fund recoveries, and more.
Aryaman Detective Services goes by the tagline 'Detection of truth'. Our name and tagline slogan speak all about how we define ourselves. 'Aryaman' is one of the early deities and the name signifies 'Life-Partner', 'Close friend', 'Partner', 'Play-fellow', or'Companion'. As our name & slogan suggests, we work very closely with utmost trust,faith and confidentiality with our clients.
Reflect on some of the major challenges you experienced when you started the business? How did you overcome them and what did you learn from them?
Speaking of the initial days of Aryaman, the major challenge was gaining the trust of clients. Because people/companies who come to us are mostly ditched by their close ones and refuse to trust anyone else. But, as an organization, we're committed to our work. Our consistent performance with high integrity and honesty has helped us to establish ourselves and grow further.

In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and as an entrepreneur?
The most cherishing factor is starting the company and taking the helm of Aryaman as a business leader. It takes immense courage for any ordinary person to quit a corporate job & risk into business. It was not an easy decision to leave a highpaying job and start something from scratch.
Breaking the societal ideologies, and misconceptions, I deep dived into entrepreneurship. I am always thankful to my wife Juhi Poddar for standing by me in all my decisions.
While we began spreading our wings to Eastern India, in 2020, we witnessed the biggest setback with COVID. However, we used this lean period for planning and kick started venturing into corporate investigation services. My childhood friend, Praveen Kumar, joined me to help me in corporate business acquisition and execution. Today, we have more than 20 satisfied corporate clients. Embracing positivity and integrity, we strongly believe and chant'Kal Hamara Hai'.
In light of your strong experience, what advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs in the same industry?
Firstly, I would love to congratulate them for taking the tough and very challenging decision. I advise them to trust themselves, be honest in approach, and never compromise on integrity. Lead by example and never underestimate anyone.
