Helping others can be the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier, wealthier, more productive, and meaningful. Moreover, when passion becomes the foundation of giving, entrepreneurs are born. Entrepreneurs have a great deal of power to give back to society. Like the old adage ‘The easiest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want.’ Shiraz Khan a true follower of the saying, has been helping professionals get what they want in their professional career for the past 20 years. He has been looking for happiness for himself through providing the needful services to others. Shiraz has also founded and directed several ventures in diversified segments, one of which is Technoglobe an offshore Software Development & IT Training and Placement Company. Technoglobe was the realization of his passion and need to build the gap between skills and development.

Shiraz believes that Indian youth is born with talent but lacks development. There fore, he aims to enhance professional and social skills of each learner through technology empowered learning campus. A Philanthropist by nature, Shiraz is also the Founder President of NGO Mission Muskaan, which was able to distribute more than 2.5 lakhs of food packets during the first lock down and was in turn widely appreciated & recognized.

What is the inspiration behind Techno globe? What drives you today?
I have 20 years of experience in educating and developing skills for my candidates. I have never looked back and kept growing in the segment of IT Training, Distance Education, Skill Development and various other verticals. I have always been a strong believer of
perseverance. India has the largest youth population in the world after China but unfortunately our youth are mostly under skilled. Understanding this gap, I started Technoglobe in 2001. Since then, I have successfully skilled a large number of youth and thus contributed to the growth of the country’s economy. The same thought of making India a developed country drives me even today. My vision for life is to make our nation skilled, powerful, youth skilled, and employable.

My vision for life is to make our nation skilled and powerful and youth skilled and employable

Why did you choose Jaipur to be the breeding ground of your company? And what strategy have you observed to maintain its position in the market?
I am from Jaipur and my initial professional experience began from this city itself. The city which is the capital of Rajasthan is growing at a fast pace. It has promising opportunities for the future. The city is good for business with easy manpower availability. Today, Technoglobe has become the largest IT training institute in Rajasthan. In the past 20 years we have been able to train thousands of youths and our strong placement support has been successful in providing 100 percent placements. Our strategy and vision have always been to deliver quality training supported by 100 percent place
ments. To add to the value of training our international certification helps the students to create a global value to their career.

Throw some light on the awards and recognitions collected by Technoglobe that bestowed you with utmostsatisfaction.
Technoglobe’s association with TATA CMC in the year 2005 was a very good experience and learning for us. Thereafter, association with HCL Learning, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, Adobe Autodesk are other recognitions in this journey. Association with RTU KOTA, Ministry of MSME were also big achievements in my career. We worked very hard from the beginning and I was fortunate enough to have a great core team whose contribution is remarkable in the growth of the organization. We have been bestowed with many awards like, Best Quality Education in NCR Education Excellence Award by Brands Academy, Global Education Excellence Award by Prime Time, Education Excellence Award by Brand Impact, National Education Achievement Award by Praxis Media and Global Choice Award in Education.

What are the changes that you anticipate in the market behavior? In the light of your strong experience, what advice would you give to the budding entrepreneurs?
The education market is changing fast and post covid situations have further redefined the education skill and placement industry. My advice on the training industry would be to focus on quality training with 100 percent support to students on placements. The courses should be job oriented and relevant to industry. Moreover, they should be open to change the methodology, contents and system as per the need of current time and situations.
