Technical Director

Operational efficiency is closely monitored by a technical director. For example, a production's technical director examines visual and auditory equipment, as well as lighting systems and other operations. They guarantee that all of the equipment is operating properly, discover and fix any problems, and provide highquality project outcomes. To ensure that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction, they also monitor costs, predict sales data, and develop cost estimates for the systems required for the project completion. The Technical Director of Pamr Industries, Sumant Jha, embodies each of these qualities to an exceptional degree. Sumant is tasked with overseeing the company's technological advancements and ensuring that operational operations are carried out with the utmost perfection.

Engaging in an exclusive interaction with CEO Insights, Sumant spoke about his professional journey so far.

What inspired you to take up the Technical Director's role at Pamr Industries?
Pamr Industries is a technology-driven company, and being a professional with more than a decade of experience in this field, this was the primary motivation for accepting this position. Additionally, Pamr Industries supports the notion of 'Make-in-India' and seeks to contribute to the expansion of the Indian economy. This was another reason that drew me towards Pamr Industries.
How would you define Pamr Industries as an organization and its position in the market? What is the unique proposition that your organization offers to its clients?
PAMR Industries manufactures high-performance concrete additives and waterproofing products for the construction industry. It is an innovation-driven company. Founded in 2019, our firm has developed its first manufacturing factory in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a production capacity of more than 20000 metric tonnes per year.

My Best Advice For The Next Generation Of Leaders Is To Work Hard And Have Faith In Their Abilities To Succeed

We provide a wide range of highquality concrete Admixtures and Construction Systems to meet our customers' needs. Our R&D team and partnership with international producers and researchers of construction chemicals allow us to provide customized solutions. Our customers can rely on us for knowledgeable Technical Support, Application Support, Distribution Support, and After Sales Support. All of PAMR Industries' processes and systems are designed to be safe and environmentally friendly. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified firm.

One of the main reasons our clients pick us is that we provide highquality products and services at a reasonable cost.

What has been the success mantra that constantly helps you arrive at positive outcomes?
The one principle I've been adhering to provide highquality items at a reasonable price. So far in my career, I've stayed true to the approach of providing consumers with services that are specifically tailored to meet their needs. And this can only be accomplished by engaging in R&D activities and
keeping one's skills and knowledge updated with changes in market conditions.

Being the Technical Director, how do you plan to apply your exceptional under standing of this domain to Pamr Industries and take it to the next level?
As Technical Director, I've launched a comprehensive strategy for expanding the product portfolio. With the launch of basket rain, water roofing, coatings, and other concrete admixtures, we have expanded our product line. Another strategy is to build new manufacturing plants in various parts of the nation. These are some of my longterm goals for the company's development and expansion, and I intend to implement them in the coming years.

Based on your strong professional experience, what advice would you give to the upcoming leaders in the same industry?
My best advice for the next generation of leaders is to work hard and have faith in their abilities to succeed. Above all else, be aware of changing industry needs and maintain your skills up-to-date by consistently researching them. Because firms don't want to recruit people and then train them since it takes time, they prefer to hire industry ready executives. Another benefit of upgrading skills is that it makes it easier for professionals to deal with any problems that arise and to meet the organization's goals.
