Praveen Kuruvalli Appointed Head of HR at AM/NS India's Centre of Excellence

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, announced the appointment of Praveen Kuruvalli as the Head of Human Resources for its Centre of Excellence in Organisation Capability & Transformation.

Before joining AM/NS India, Kuruvalli was CHRO (Ola cell technology) and Head of HR (Automotive operations) at Ola Electric. Previously, he was a part of ArcelorMittal and AM/NS India for over 16 years.
According to a statement, Kuruvalli brings extensive experience in the manufacturing sector across various regions and has handled a wide range of HR responsibilities, with a focus on people strategy, talent development, digitization, and rewards.

Ashutosh Telang, Director and Vice President - HR & Administration, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, said, “It is heartening to see Praveen come back to AM/NS as we continue to build a future-ready HR team. It is also an acknowledgement of the continued transformation of the company where senior talent is choosing AM/NS India”.
