A&M India Appoints Mohit Khullar as Managing Director to Lead Corporate Finance

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India, a global leader in professional services, has appointed Mohit Khullar as Managing Director to head its Corporate Finance practice in India. This strategic move comes as India strengthens its position as a hub for private equity, M&A, and structured finance, marking a key milestone in A&M's plans to expand its Corporate Finance practice.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Khullar has an established track record in strategic transaction advisory. He has led marquee transactions across healthcare, consumer, business services, and industrial sectors. He has developed and led high-performing teams while cultivating strong relationships with owners, CXOs, and financial sponsors.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Khullar was Managing Director at o3 Capital and held positions at Equirus Capital and Standard Chartered Bank. He also co-founded a healthcare-technology business, where he served as CEO and earned several industry recognitions.

A&M's Corporate Finance practice will consist of over 40 sector-specialized professionals, utilizing A&M's global network of corporate and sponsor relationships to drive both inbound and outbound M&A, with a strong emphasis on maximizing value for clients.

Khullar holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi. He has also been a member of the Governing Council of NATHEALTH, a prominent healthcare industry federation in India.
