Ashish Goenka Takes Charge as Jubilant Foodworks' CFO

Jubilant FoodWorks’ board appoints Ashish Goenka as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP). Ashish takes charge with effect from 17 February 2021.

Ashish Goenka would be leading the Finance & Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Assurance, Secretarial & Legal functions of Jubilant Foodworks. Goenka is a experienced Chartered Accountant, and hold an MBA. He brings in 18 years of experience in finance & strategy with FMCG & Telecom Industry.

The statement was has been released after market hours of 17 February 2021. However, the shares of Jubilant FoodWorks are trading with increase of 0.48 percent at Rs 2,895.60 on BSE.

Jubilant Foodworks is India's largest food service company. It’s Domino's Pizza franchise has streched across a network of 1,314 restaurants in 285 cities (as of 31 December 2020). The brand now enjoys exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in India as well, and has in operation 27 restaurants across eight cities in India as of 31 December 2020.
