Daifuku Intralogistics India has appointed Asim Behera as its Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned leader with a distinguished tenure at Daifuku, Behera’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for the company as it enters a new phase of growth, innovation, and excellence.

With over a decade of experience in expanding Daifuku Intralogistics’ presence in India, Behera has played a key role in introducing world-class automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) across sectors such as food and beverages, specialty chemicals, and general engineering. His efforts have been particularly impactful in penetrating rural markets and facilitating the implementation of advanced ASRS solutions for Indian multinational corporations and large industries.

After taking a brief break from Daifuku, Asim Behera rejoined the organization as President nearly two years ago, showcasing his commitment and vision for the company’s future. Under his leadership, Daifuku Intralogistics India has continued to deliver exceptional, reliable, and accurate (ERA) solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of the Indian market.

In his new role as CEO, Asim Behera aims to take Daifuku Intralogistics India to greater heights by focusing on innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions. His vision aligns seamlessly with Daifuku’s core values of delivering world-class intralogistics systems and setting new benchmarks in the industry.
