Avon Products, a global leader in beauty & cosmetics market, announces that it has appointed Tatiana Piccolo as its new Vice President Global Fragrance. This appointment will broaden Avon’s marketing transformation to modernize the brand name, also to innovate more on-trend and relevant products.

Commenting on her new role, Tatiana, says, "Avon's market penetration is already huge. We have a tremendous opportunity to build market share further and improve brand perception as we develop compelling consumer propositions across a range of price points to build Avon's position as a global fragrance powerhouse”.

With an experience of over two decades, Tatiana joins Avon on 26th November and will be reporting to fellow newcomer James Thompson who will be the new Chief Beauty & Brand Officer of the company. Prior to Avon, she worked in local, regional and global roles across all categories in the company Natura located at Brazil and Latin America and delivered consistent growth, improved brand awareness.
In her new role, Tatiana will be leading one of the four international categories that report to James. She will utilize her strong track record in creating and launching products to strengthen Avon as a strong force in the fragrance market.
