The event started with the lighting of a lamp by Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and other dignitaries. After that, the CM gave the inaugural address. Priyank Kharge, a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, and Vivek Jain, the founder of FlippAR, presented an AR/VR integrated frame memento to the honorable CM Siddaramaiah.
The Minister of Infrastructure Development of Karnataka, M.B. Patil, and Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw released the Draft Biotech Policy. Additionally, Priyank Kharge and Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman of Wipro Limited, launched the Animation Visual Effects Gaming and Comics policy (AVGC Draft Policy).
