Bhavna Dave takes Charge of LaserShip's Chief Human Resources Officer

US-based LaderShip appoints Bhavna Dave as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will be based in LaserShip’s Vienna, Virginia headquarters and will help build and execute LaserShip’s human resources strategy to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Bhavna brings more than 15 years of HR experience to the team in building and growing HR functions at small to medium-sized organizations and will use this expertise to drive the company’s HR strategy and execution.

Holding huge experience in various industries, Bhavna has built her reputation on developing a deep understanding of each industry and the business. Prior to joining LaserShip, she had led HR at Frontpoint where she was responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Before that, she spent five years at AddThis where she helped established a strong, high-performing and collaborative culture. Bhavna was even a part of the executive team that scaled and sold AddThis to Oracle.
