imgBlink Digital, a Mumbai-based digital agency has ventured into partnership with WeWork India to roll out a ‘work from anywhere’ policy that would enable its employees to work from wherever they are comfortable.

Santosh Martin, Chief Revenue Officer, WeWork India, said, “WeWork has always prioritised meeting the diverse and ever-changing needs of its members by offering multiple flexible workspace solutions. It is important to understand the needs of employees and provide solutions that provide them utmost comfort and flexibility. This deal serves as a positive reinforcement back to growth for businesses and demonstrates that flexibility is the future of India’s workforce. We look forward to providing beautifully designed and safe workspaces to Blink Digital’s employees, along with access to a collaborative culture, networking opportunities, and much more as a part of WeWork’s global community.”

This includes working from home, office, and also any of WeWork’s 35 locations in six cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida and Gurgaon). Not only does this model offer flexibility to Blink Digital’s employees but also expands the agency’s presence across India.

Michell Anthony, Lead, HR Business Partner, Blink Digital says, "After a year of working remotely, many employees have understandably grown accustomed to that work style. This policy will bring in a host of advantages for employees. Having a flexible working culture will help the company onboard talent across geographies and expand our team further.”

Dooj Ramchandani, Co-Founder and CEO of Blink Digital, said, “Creating a culture of autonomy has always been one of our top priorities. Our work from anywhere policy and the tie-up with WeWork will give our employees the freedom to work wherever they feel they work best. We believe this freedom of choice will make our employees happier, more productive and promote work-life balance.”
