Brandix Apparel India Among Top 25 Safe Workplaces

Dr. T. Vasudha, Head of Wellness, and Ms. Syamala Devi, Wellness Manager, accepted the award on behalf of the organization from Dr. Pradnya Saravade, IPS, Director General, Railway Police, Maharashtra, during a ceremony held at MCA Recreation Center in Mumbai on December 7, 2023. Brandix Apparel India stands among only four manufacturing organizations in the Top 25 this year, with just two making it on their first attempt. While celebrating this achievement, the company remains committed to advancing its efforts in fostering safe and inclusive workplaces that encourage excellence.
Since its implementation in 2016, Brandix Apparel India’s PoSH policy has surpassed legal requirements to address sexual harassment faced by individuals of any gender. The policy enforces a zero-tolerance stance against any form of abuse or harassment, offering multiple accessible channels for lodging complaints and establishing a robust redressal mechanism. Additionally, preventive measures such as regular employee training and awareness initiatives contribute significantly to its success.
