Curefit Appoints Nimesh Mathur as Chief Human Resources Officer
Curefit Healthcare has appointed Nimesh Mathur as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Mathur will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and nurturing a forward-thinking organizational culture.
With nearly two decades of diverse, cross-functional experience spanning various industries, Mathur brings a wealth of expertise to Cultfit. He most recently founded and led his own HR consulting firm. Before that, he served as the Head of People & Culture at Jio Haptik. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in customer success and revenue teams at high-growth unicorn startups such as Branc Metrics, Pluralsight, and HackerRank.
