Dabur India Names Narendra Agrawal as its New Global CIO

Narendra Agarwal takes charge as the FMCG major Dabur India’s Global CIO. Before joining Dabur, Narendra has served as the IT Head, Nutrition & Sales, HUL. He brings in 13 years of industry experience in technology transformation & leadership as well as worked with big brands such as Amdocs, Capgemini and more.

Commenting on Narendra’s onboarding Dabur India states, “Agrawal comes with a vast exposure in successfully leading large scale global transformation projects in ERP, Logistics Operations, Financial forecasting, and S&OP.”

Dabur India Limited is amongst the Top 5 FMCG Companies in India with Revenues of more than Rs.8,989 Crore & Market Capitalisation of about Rs.88,500 Crore.

Narendra has obtained his MBA from IIM Indore and Bachelors in Engineering from Mumbai University. He has led IT in multiple large scale business transformation programs that include GSK merger, Rewiring S&OP, Financial Performance Management, Employee experience and Go-To-Market deployment.

He has keen interest in strategizing & rapidly executing right-fit technology capabilities that aid to build business models and to get us closer to consumers & drive competitive edge; as well as thrive in stimulating talent & high performing teams.
