E2E Cloud Names Sonam Arora as Head of People & Culture

E2E Cloud has named Sonam Arora as Head of People & Culture, introducing a seasoned HR leader as the cloud infrastructure firm enhances its organizational strengths.
Arora revealed her new position in a LinkedIn post, expressing she was “pleased to announce” that she was beginning the role at E2E Cloud. She comes on board following almost twenty years of experience in fast-growing technology and digital enterprises.
Before this transition, Arora held the position of Vice President – People & Culture at Baazi Games, directing the HR strategy for the gaming platform. Prior to that, she served in senior HR positions at The Good Glamm Group, such as Head HR – Retail and Head HRBP – Corporate.
Her previous experience comprises working as HR Head at the fintech company INDmoney and as AGM – HR at HT Digital Streams. Throughout her career, she has been involved in media, consumer internet, fintech, and digital-first companies, concentrating on talent acquisition, business collaboration, total rewards, and HR technology.

Arora characterizes her method as handling HR “as a product”, centered on user requirements and driven by data. Her professional focus has been on developing HR systems that grow in tandem with fast-growing companies.
She graduated from XLRI Jamshedpur, where she finished an executive development program in human resource management.

E2E Cloud, based in India, offers cloud computing and infrastructure solutions, establishing itself as a competitor to worldwide hyperscalers. With the intensifying competition in cloud and AI infrastructure, talent strategy has become essential for companies aiming to expand engineering, sales, and support functions.
Although the company hasn't publicly outlined Arora’s immediate focuses, the Head – People & Culture position generally involves workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and cultural alignment during expansion phases.
