Emiza, a 3PL provider, has declared a strategic collaboration with Raymond to oversee complete fulfilment for the fashion and lifestyle brand’s online range, which features names like Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix.

Through the partnership, Emiza will manage warehousing, packaging, and order fulfillment via its network of over 24 fulfillment centers in 12 cities. The contract includes Raymond’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) website and marketplace e-commerce activities, with the logistics company anticipated to manage around 1.45 million shipments each year.

Emiza intends to deploy store-based smart routing for D2C orders to reduce delivery times. The collaboration also seeks to enhance inventory management, boost delivery efficiency, and ensure high order accuracy. Emiza will also handle tailored packaging and monitor marketplace claims to reduce losses on external platforms.

Ajay Rao, the Founder and CEO of Emiza, stated that the collaboration highlights an increasing focus on technology-driven logistics solutions in India's retail industry.
