Ex-KPIT CFO & CIO Vinit Teredesai Joins Mindtree as CFO

Bangalore-based Mindtree (NSE: MINDTREE), a digital transformation and technology services company, appoints Vinit Teredesai as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Being based out of Bangalore, Vinit will be responsible for providing financial leadership to Mindtree in its global growth journey. Further, Senthil Kumar resumes his responsibilities as the Finance Controller of Mindtree.

A Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant – US, Vinit has also completed a General Management Program from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Solan School of Business focusing on strategy, innovation and technology.
