Fairfield, Marriott Pune Kharadi Appoints Parvez Nisar as its Hotel Manager

Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, has appointed Parvez Nisar as its Hotel Manager. He will be delivering high levels of customer service and successful positioning of the hotel. Nisar will also be responsible for conceptualizing programs that enhance customer relations, re-allign cost management in order to increase year-on-year profits, staff engagement activities & innovation as well as spearheading the brand’s corporate social activations.

Being an avid sports enthusiast, Nisar, comments, “I’m thrilled to be taking on the mandate of delivering a highly personalized customer experience in line with the Marriott Standards”.

He is a well-recognized industry veteran with over 18 years of experience in the luxury and upscale hotel segment. He has successfully driven the conversion & re-launch of Premier Inn Pune to Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi.

Completed his Master’s Degree from Madurai Kamaraj University after graduating from Mumbai University, Nisar pursued his Hotel Management with Gold Medal from Maharashtra State Board. He is a seasoned hotelier and brings with him a wealth of well-rounded hospitality experience after having worked with various chains like Howard Johnson, Hilton and Radisson Hotel Group across India, UAE and Kuwait.
