FincFriends Strengthens Operational Backbone with Shalabh Govil's Expertise
FincFriends, the captive non-banking financial company (NBFC) of the digital lending platform RupeeRedee, has appointed Shalabh Govil as its new Operations Head. In this role, his leadership will be crucial in refining the company’s operational strategy, driving improved business efficiency and execution.
With more than 20 years of operational expertise, Shalabh is a respected leader in the financial services sector. He has been instrumental in shaping business processes and leading high-performance teams. In his new position at FincFriends, Shalabh will be responsible for overseeing the company's operational strategy, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth execution of business processes.

Shalabh, an alumnus of Delhi University, has had a distinguished career in the financial services industry, holding leadership roles at major companies like Home Credit India, Xiaomi India, CRISIL, Bank of America, and Genpact.
