Garima Garg Steps Into CHRO Role at ReNew Manufacturing
ReNew, a leading renewable energy company, has appointed Garima Garg as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its manufacturing unit. Garg shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO - Manufacturing at ReNew”.
Prior to this role, Garg served as Senior Vice President and Head HR, Solar Projects and Manufacturing at ReNew. She has been with the company since December 2020, having joined from Deloitte. With over two decades of experience, she has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Korn Ferry Hay Group, PwC, HSBC, and Genpact.
Garg holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI School of Business and Management. Her extensive expertise in human resources and leadership development is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening ReNew’s manufacturing workforce and HR strategies.
