Genpact Gulps Enquero to Drive the Next Generation of Enterprise Digital Transformation

The NYSE listed global professional services firm, Genpact acquires Enquero, a 2014-founded California-based firm that offers data engineering and data-led digital transformation services. However, the terms of the transaction remains undisclosed.

Post the acquisition, Arvinder will continue to lead the business, which will be rebranded Enquero, a Genpact Company. As a part of the deal, all Enquero employees will join Genpact.

This acquisition comes at a time when the industry is trying to deal with the ever increasing volume and complexity of data – external and internal, structured and unstructured. This reflects how critical data is to the business growth.

Enquero’s notable strengths in industries such as high tech and consumer goods will complement Genpact’s strong foundation of existing capabilities in delivering end-to-end transformation to enterprise clients. These capabilities make the acquisition of Enquero a big bet as many businesses now look to harness data, cloud technologies and analytics to drive growth and be more resilient, agile, and connected.
