Genpact Promotes Piyush Mehta to India Country Manager Role
Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, has promoted its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Piyush Mehta to the position of Country Manager, India, with immediate effect. This move comes as part of Genpact's strategic shift towards becoming an AI-first company. Additionally, in 2023, Genpact expanded its operations by establishing and growing three new operating centers in tier-III cities in India, namely Madurai, Jodhpur, and Warangal, thereby broadening its talent pool and geographical presence.
