GlobalLogic, a grown leader in digital product engineering, acquires Meelogic Consulting AG, a Germany based healthcare and automotive-focused software engineering services firm, to establish its prominence over the Healthcare, Automotive, and other key industries, showing an uptick to vest digital transformation. The acquisition is a part of the on-going strategy of GlobalLogic to extend its services at Europian shores, in achieving high growth verticals by expanding design, architecture, and software engineering capabilities. Alongside, Meelogic’s deep expertise & cross-country relations with the target industries will bolster the growth expectation for GlobalLogic.
