Happiest Minds Technologies Names Anand Balakrishnan as its CFO

In a series of leadership changes, Happiest Minds Technologies has announced the appointment of Anand Balakrishnan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Anand will report to Venkatraman Narayanan, the company’s Managing Director (MD).

Earlier this year, the company promoted Joseph Anantharaju from Executive Vice-Chairman and President of the PDES Division to the position of Co-Chairman and CEO.

Narayanan had previously held the roles of both Managing Director and CFO until this most recent change. Balakrishnan has had senior positions at companies such as Marsh McLennan (formerly JLT), GE Healthcare, and Mindteck.

Anand is affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
