HCCB Announces Senior Leadership Appointments

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has made a number of senior leadership appointments in crucial areas including supply chain, commercial operations, human resources, and transformation.
This demonstrates HCCB's ongoing commitment to enhancing organizational capacity, improving operational performance, and fostering sustainable long-term growth.

The leadership appointments consist of Avinash Kant Kumar serving as the Head of Integrated Supply Chain, Vinay Nair as the Chief Commercial Officer, Ritesh Pratap Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Sunaina Dhanuka as the Head of Strategy, and Girish Sivaraman as the Vice President of Commercial Transformation.
Avinash Kant Kumar has been appointed as the head of integrated supply chain, where he will oversee supply chain operations emphasizing resilience, efficiency, and scalability. With over 30 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations, Avinash previously held executive positions at Jubilant Foodworks, McCain Foods, Reliance Retail, Al Foah, and Procter & Gamble.
Vinay Nair has assumed the role of chief commercial officer, tasked with steering the commercial strategy, enhancing execution discipline, and propelling growth across various channels and markets. Vinay boasts a commendable 25-year tenure with the company.
Ritesh Pratap Singh has been appointed as the chief human resources officer at HCCB, where he will be responsible for driving the company's initiatives related to people and culture, with a strong emphasis on enhancing organizational capabilities, developing leadership qualities, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Prior to joining HCCB, Ritesh was the CHRO at Tata Projects and has also held key leadership positions at Tata Trusts and IHCL (Taj Hotels). This new role at HCCB signifies a homecoming for Ritesh, who previously spent a significant amount of time in various HR roles at the national, regional, and market levels within the company.
Sunaina Dhanuka has been promoted to the position of head of strategy while continuing to serve as the chief of staff to the CEO, where she will drive the growth and transformation objectives of HCCB.
Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles within the Coca-Cola system, specifically in the ASEAN and South Pacific regions, gaining extensive experience in finance, procurement, treasury, and operations.
Additionally, Sunaina's professional background includes engagements with prestigious companies such as Unilever, Macquarie, Morgan Stanley, and Arthur Andersen, where she worked in roles involving commodities risk management, equities research, and tax and advisory services.
Girish Sivaraman has been designated as the vice president for commercial transformation, leading the charge in advancing HCCB's commercial transformation objectives, with a primary focus on enhancing go-to-market strategies, sales performance, and organizational capabilities.

His return to HCCB signifies a re-engagement with the company where he had previously worked for a number of years. Prior to this role, Girish has held top managerial positions at renowned companies such as Mondelez International, Pepsi, Varun Beverages, Britannia, and Vodafone.
