Hindustan Unilever Promotes Tejas Chaudhari as Lead – Quick Commerce

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has promoted Tejas Chaudhari to the position of Lead – Quick Commerce (National Account Manager). Before this promotion, he held the position of Lead – Performance Marketing at the company.

He began working at HUL in August 2021 as the Performance Marketing Manager – eCommerce, and has since been instrumental in enhancing the company’s digital commerce capabilities. In his former position as Lead – Performance Marketing, Chaudhari played a key role in establishing and growing the Performance Marketing team at Unilever, increasing the team size from five members to more than 20 experts.

Chaudhari, a digital-first marketer with more than 12 years of experience, has engaged with e-commerce, quick commerce, and consumer brands, fostering growth through performance marketing, media strategy, and digital innovation. At HUL, he has spearheaded performance marketing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and various new quick commerce entrants, overseeing media expenditures exceeding $250 million within four years.

His duties have encompassed developing automation and AI-driven structures for campaign enhancement, expanding experimentation frameworks, and playing a role in double-digit growth within the e-commerce leadership group.
Prior to joining HUL, Chaudhari oversaw digital media planning at Tata CLiQ. He also led digital marketing and customer engagement at Quantastic, where he developed performance marketing skills for clients in various sectors, including BFSI and EdTech, utilizing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
Chaudhari is a co-founder of the consumer brand Krème de la Krème, acknowledged as one of India’s top 45 SMEs. In the early stages of his career, he focused on category and brand projects at Audi India and Lodha Group, acquiring expertise in premium consumer marketing and extensive ATL campaigns.
