Hyatt Regency Chennai Appoints Dinesh Sreevasudevan as Director of Sales

Hyatt Regency Chennai is pleased to announce the appointment of Dinesh Sreevasudevan as the new Director of Sales. Dinesh began his journey with Hyatt in 2012 as part of the pre-opening team at Park Hyatt Chennai, where he served as an Events Executive. Over the years, he has progressed through various senior positions, including Senior Sales Manager, Associate Director of Sales, and, most recently, Director of Sales, proving himself to be an invaluable asset to the organization.

Reflecting on his return to the Hyatt Regency brand, Dinesh shared, “I am excited to join Hyatt Regency Chennai, a property I admire for its unwavering commitment to excellence. I look forward to collaborating with the talented team to drive growth and create exceptional experiences for our guests and clients”.

Most recently, Dinesh held the position of Director of Sales at Hyatt Place Hyderabad. With over 14 years of industry experience, he has developed a strong skill set that includes sales funnel management, pricing strategies, and key account management, all contributing to the success of the hotels he has overseen.

Dinesh began his career after obtaining an MBA in Marketing Management from Annamalai University. He gained valuable experience in senior sales roles at luxury hotels, where he developed and implemented effective sales strategies while nurturing essential partnerships. His leadership skills and adaptability to changing market dynamics have been crucial in meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.

In his new role, Dinesh will oversee all sales and marketing efforts at Hyatt Regency Chennai, concentrating on strengthening the property’s market presence while maintaining a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
