IMCD Names Narendra Varde As The New MD For India And Bangladesh
Narendra Varde has been named managing director for IMCD India & Bangladesh by IMCD N.V., a prominent distributor of specialty chemicals and additives, beginning May 8th, 2023. Narendra will be in charge of developing the business for the India and Bangladesh region as well as the creation and implementation of the long-term strategy for the IMCD Group. Narendra has more than 16 years of expertise in healthcare, consulting, and microfinance.

Narendra previously worked at Roche Diagnostics as the managing director of India and surrounding markets. Prior to that, Narendra spent more than ten years working for Abbott in a variety of capacities in the company's pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics verticals, with offices in Singapore, Basel, London, and Mumbai. Narendra graduated from HEC Paris with an MBA in Marketing & Strategy.
He will be located in Mumbai, India, and will answer to Dr. John Robinson, a member of the IMCD Group's executive committee
