Infosys Takes Over US-Based Product Design & Development Firm Kaleidoscope Innovation

Digital services and consulting major Infosys has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kaleidoscope Innovation, a product design, and development firm. On September 3, the company had declared that it is planning to acquire Kaleidoscope innovation and has estimated to acquire for $42 million.

In a statement, Infosys said, "This acquisition demonstrates Infosys' commitment to innovating for its clients and make a meaningful impact on human lives through a combination of cutting-edge technologies. This collaboration further aims to revolutionize patient care, treatment, diagnostics, and consumer health, across the world."

With the acquisition, Infosys is intending to further strengthen its digital offerings as well as its workforce. The company also has a diverse talent pool that possesses extensive knowledge of design and engineering. On the other hand, the product design innovator Kaleidoscope would be leveraging a deep understanding of clinical environments, strong product development capabilities across various domains.
