Inox Wind Executes 990 MW Turnkey Project from Purvah Green

Inox Wind Ltd, a developer of wind energy solutions, stated that work on the 990 MW turnkey order, part of the 1,500 MW framework deal, is currently underway in many places in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.

Inox Wind has obtained all of the project-related advancements, and the company anticipates executing these projects in phases starting in FY26.

A 1,500 MW framework agreement was inked by the business and Purvah Green Private Ltd, a CESC Ltd affiliate.

"This is a milestone order for Inox Wind from an esteemed customer and we are confident of deepening our relationship further," Inox Wind Group CEO Kailash Tarachandani said.

According to the company, this order from Purvah Green Private Ltd. is the biggest wind order ever given to a wind original equipment manufacturer in India by an independent power producer.

"We are pleased with the progress which we have achieved on this project”, Sandeep Kashyap, CEO – Renewables Business at RPSG Group, said.

 

“Our partnership with Inox Wind will be a strong catalyst in our quest to achieve multi-fold growth in our renewable portfolio over the next few years”. 

“This is an important project for us, which will significantly contribute to achieve our green ambitions”, added Sandeep.

The RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group's major business is said to be Purvah Green Pvt Ltd.

Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka are among the Indian states where it is building a sizable renewable portfolio of wind and solar power projects.
