IntrCity SmartBus Launches Industry's First Digital Luggage Tag feature
India's leading inter-city mobility platform, IntrCity SmartBus, launched the industry's first Digital Luggage Tag feature.
By streamlining the process, this innovation is claimed to mark a new order in the way luggage is managed.
More than 200,000 passengers travelling on IntrCity SmartBus across more than 630 routes in 16 states can enjoy a seamless and stress-free journey through this new feature.
The mobility platform aims to communicate accountability and build passenger confidence in bus travel with the Luggage Tag feature.

The digital feature promises the reduction of losing or mishandling of luggages, assuring a worry free and smooth travelling experience among passengers.

It is designed with cutting-edge technology to meet changing demands of today’s travellers.
As Bus Captains grasp essential details about the passenger’s luggage appearance and destination through a secure digital system, the feature uses advanced technology to generate a unique One-Time Password (OTP) linked to the passenger’s contact number.
The OTP acts as a secure verification of the luggage's status, significantly enhancing efficiency and eliminating the uncertainties commonly associated with traditional luggage handling methods. Passengers can share the OTP to the Bus Captain to confirm their luggage.
With safety as a paramount concern, the Digital Luggage Tag feature adds an extra layer of security, offering passengers peace of mind as they travel.
