Invest India Welcomes Nivruti Raj as CEO
Former Intel India country head Nivruti Rai joined Invest India as Managing Director and CEO on July 12, according to an official statement. She succeeds Manmeet K Nanda, Joint Secretary, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), who took on the additional responsibility of MD in March.
Rai joins Invest India after 29 years as a global business and technology leader at Intel.
Rajesh Kumar Singh, Secretary, DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), chairs the board of Invest India.
Other members of the board include P K Tripathi, Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat; Arti Bhatnagar, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, DPIIT; Md.
