Lobby CRE, a commercial real estate, data analytics and management platform, on boards John Espey as its new President & CEO. John succeeds Robert J. Finlay, company’s founder who served as CEO since its launch. Robert will continue to serve as company’s Chairman & acting CEO. He is also the founder of its parent portfolio company Thirty Capital.

Prior to Lobby CRE, John was a co-founder & CEO of Levvel, a service-based software development and digital transformation company.
In his career spanning over 20 years, he has launched and served as a strategic advisor to other technology brands, which includes Nexgrid and Amentra. John has obtained a B.S. from George Mason University and an MBA from Duke University.

At Lobby CRE, John is expected to handle all the major corporate decisions, and manage the entire operations & resources of the company. Furthermore, he would serve as a main point of contact between the customers and industry partners. Besides these, he is also expected to drive the product development and the commercial success of Lobby.
