JSW Motors Ties Up with French Firm Dassault SystAmes
JSW Motors announced that it will utilize the platform of French company Dassault SystAmes as its main digital infrastructure for the forthcoming New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) through a partnership.
The collaboration seeks to enhance the localization of the firm's product development skills via the implementation of Dassault's 3DX platform.
Simultaneously, JSW Motors announced that it is deploying a manufacturing execution system on the identical platform, allowing for smooth digital continuity and comprehensive traceability.
"We are creating a technology-driven future mobility ecosystem developed in India." "Ranjan Nayak, CEO of JSW Motors, states that we have collaborated with Dassault SystAmes to integrate its digital platform throughout the vehicle lifecycle, spanning from design to manufacturing."
He mentioned that the company is also in "advanced talks" with various other local suppliers to enhance localization and fortify India's automotive supply chain.
