JW Marriott Goa Appoints Annam Lubana as Director of Operations
JW Marriott Goa announced the appointment of Annam Lubana as Director of Operations. She has over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and will bring to the role a leadership style that is not only guest-centric but also highly respected for her leadership qualities. She has worked in many prestigious hotels, including JW Marriott Pune, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, and The Oberoi Group, where her strategic insights and strong operational acumen have earned her respect from peers and stakeholders alike.
Throughout her career, Annam has shown great strength in driving guest satisfaction, increasing loyalty program engagement, and optimizing department profitability. She was also named Operations Leader of the Year in 2023 and has been heralded as a Digital Guest Experiences Trailblazer, representing the Asia Pacific region for Marriott. She will oversee very important operational departments of JW Marriott Goa: Food & Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Spa.
In JW Marriott Goa, Annam will work on revenue and brand reputation, setting strategies with her dedicated operations team for high scores in guest satisfaction, pushing Brand Standard audit performances, and maximizing operational profitability and productivity.
Annam also has a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development and a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai. She is also the recipient of the T.R. Oberoi Gold Medal for Academic Excellence, which she won for her commitment to quality and innovation in guest services.
