Kanodia Cement Appoints Dr.Anurag Srivastava as the New CEO
Kanodia Cement Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Anurag Srivastava as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 30th August 2025.
Dr. Srivastava brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the Building Materials sector. He possesses a PhD in Marketing & Technology, is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at ISB, Hyderabad.
He comes to Kanodia Cement from Wonder Cement Ltd, where he guided the company’s growth from January 2017 until August 2025. Before this role, he held leadership positions at Heidelberg and Jaypee Cement.
Through this leadership transition, Kanodia Cement reaffirms its dedication to enhancing its robust growth trajectory and generating sustainable value for all stakeholders.

Last year, the Kanodia Group appointed Mayank Jain as the Chief Executive Officer for their forthcoming real estate development platform.
Supported by the legacy and expertise of the Kanodia Group conglomerate, Mayank Jain will guide the leadership strategy as well as financial and investment advisory for the Group’s real estate initiative. His leadership will play a crucial role in advancing the vision of the Kanodia Group to develop iconic luxury real estate projects.

With a wealth of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, capital management, and business strategy, Mayank Jain has consistently proven his capability to lead high-value transactions and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, developers, and other significant stakeholders in the sector.
Prior to his tenure at Kanodia Group, Mayank Jain occupied senior roles at Savills India, where he directed the Capital Markets division in North India, in addition to holding senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and CBRE. His expertise encompasses capital markets, investment strategies, and market expansion, establishing him as a pivotal figure in the real estate industry.
