Lubrizol Names Abhishek Shrivastava as MD for India, the Middle East, and Africa
Lubrizol has named Abhishek Shrivastava as Managing Director for India, the Middle East, and Africa (IMEA). Abhishek will lead the company’s expansion in the area, emphasizing customer influence, regional innovation, supply chain effectiveness, and talent advancement.
In his role as IMEA Managing Director, Abhishek will drive Lubrizol’s growth strategy in the region by empowering local teams and promoting a local-for-local business framework. He will collaborate closely with worldwide and local leadership to pinpoint opportunities specific to the market. He will enhance partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout India, the Middle East, and Africa.
According to the company, Abhishek has nearly two decades of experience. His knowledge encompasses business transformation, new business creation, research and development, innovation, manufacturing technology, and quality control. He was formerly the Vice President of Innovation and Decision Science at Lubrizol. In this position, he led the creation of innovative platforms, eco-friendly product solutions, and digital innovation skills.
