Mahindra Logistics Plans 350-EV Alyte Fleet for Noida Airport

Travelers landing at Noida International Airport are now welcomed by a fleet of approximately 70 Mahindra XUV 400 EVs managed by Mahindra Logistics’ Alyte mobility platform, as the firm aims for significant growth in Delhi-NCR's swiftly developing premium electric mobility sector.
The firm, which commenced operations as the airport's official taxi partner after commercial activities began at Noida International Airport this month, intends to grow Alyte’s fleet and network by five times by FY27.

With its existing fleet of approximately 70 vehicles in Delhi and Noida, the growth will elevate the platform to almost 350 vehicles, suggesting the inclusion of roughly 280 EVs within the coming year.
The scale-up represents Mahindra Logistics' largest initiative to date in consumer mobility and occurs as an increasing number of operators compete to meet airport and urban transportation needs in the National Capital Region. Alyte Privé debuted in Delhi in August 2025 and has since broadened services to include airport transportation, providing assured rides, skilled drivers, fixed rates, no cancellations, and an entirely electric fleet targeted at both business and leisure travellers.
Mahindra's growth occurs as Delhi-NCR becomes the center of a new competition for premium electric mobility clients. The launch of Noida International Airport, along with the gap left by BluSmart’s departure from the market, has drawn numerous operators focusing on airport transfers and premium urban travel.

The rise of various fleet operators highlights increasing trust in airport transportation as a key application for electric vehicles. Airport transfers provide consistent routes, simplified charging oversight, increased vehicle usage, and customers prepared to pay extra for dependability and service excellence.
The chance goes beyond just airport travelers. Companies like Refex Green Mobility have developed large electric fleets that cater to multinational corporations, tech parks, and airlines through specialized employee transport agreements. Consequently, Delhi-NCR is experiencing the development of two separate electric mobility sectors: high-end airport and personal transportation on one end, and institutional and corporate transport on the other.

For Mahindra Logistics, Alyte represents more than just an airport taxi service.
The platform signifies the company's effort to establish a consumer-oriented mobility brand while developing a commercial outlet for Mahindra’s electric vehicles.
Alyte presently functions across two service categories. Alyte Privé targets the high-end electric mobility market, whereas Alyte Select continues the airport taxi services formerly linked to Meru at airports such as Mumbai, Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune.
With new fleets launching and Noida International Airport increasing operations, Delhi-NCR is rapidly emerging as India’s leading market for high-end electric mobility services. For Mahindra Logistics and its competitors, the task will be not only to increase the number of vehicles but also to persuade customers that reliability, service excellence, and electrification can thrive together in a sector historically controlled by conventional ride-hailing services.
