Metamark Names Pravin Krishnan as Managing Director for APAC & ME
Self-adhesive material manufacturer Metamark has appointed Pravin Krishnan as its new managing director for the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, following recent business expansion in these areas.
Krishnan will be responsible for strengthening Metamark's distribution partnerships, expanding into both new and existing markets, and fostering new collaborations to enhance the company's presence. Metamark is locally distributed by Ball & Doggett.
Krishnan brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the graphics and allied industries, with a strong track record in marketing, brand development, and channel management.
He joins Metamark from CCL Design, where he most recently served as ASEAN vice-president and managing director for three years. Prior to that, he was ASEAN managing director for about 1.5 years and the ASEAN sales and marketing director for about a year at the company.
Krishnan also spent nearly 11 years at Avery Dennison in various roles, including senior commercial director for North Asia Pacific, Asia Pacific graphics segment director, and South Asia graphics business director.
Metamark stated that this important appointment comes at an “exciting time” as its business continues to expand across the APAC and Middle East regions.
