With a rich history of recruitment excellence spanning 15 years, Nilay brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, client management, and business development. Under his leadership, Michael Page India aims to enhance its presence in critical sectors such as Legal, Digital & Analytics, Engineering & Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, Property & Construction, Sales & Marketing, and Technology.

Nilay’s journey with PageGroup began in 2008 as a recruiter in Singapore, where he quickly established himself as a top performer. He played a pivotal role in the launch of Michael Page India’s operations in 2011, laying the foundation for the company’s rapid growth and success in the Indian market. In 2016, Nilay returned to Singapore, where he successfully led the office’s expansion, cementing its position as a key recruitment hub for Asia.

Throughout his career, Nilay has worked closely with both government and private sector entities across multiple countries, equipping him with a deep understanding of the diverse, cross-cultural dynamics that influence businesses and talent markets.
