Morgan Stanley names Mahendra Itkarkar as its Executive Director HR Morgan Stanley names Mahendra Itkarkar as the Executive Director of HR. Mahendra brings over 18 years of corporate experience in the HR Landscape as he joins the American Multinational Investment Bank.

Mahendra was formerly associated with JPMorgan Chase for over three years where he led the Employee Relations for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius. His experience spans across areas of Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Process Re-engineering amongst others. He carries a diploma in the General Management Program in the field of Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Mahendra served the Indian Army as an Officer Commanding (OC) in Infantry Brigade for six years. He was accountable for the management of Army personnel through the practices of Human Resources, Administration, Training and Development, Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring. Post that in 2008, he tied Infosys and served as Manager of Employee relations for a period of five years. This was followed by a stint at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where he essayed the role of APAC as Senior Manager, of Human Resources, for over four years.
