Ontario-based Coreio Acquires Tech M&A Advisory Firm intelliNet Technologies

Coreio, one of the leading IT services company in North America has acquired intelliNet Technologies, a North American Network Computing Managed Services company. Tequity, a North American Tech M&A advisory firm acted as the exclusive financial advisor in this acquisition. The new offering will bring the reach and capabilities of intelliNet’s North American field services network to Coreio’s clients with technicians in over 200 locations across Canada.
