Pegasystems Designates Ron Hovsepian to its Board of Directors

An alumnus of Boston College, Hovsepian, 57, has broad experience serving on the boards of prime technology businesses including Skillsoft & ANSYS, and also as the Cloud Technology Partners advisory board. He will bring over 30 years of deep B2B leadership expertise to Pega.

Currently, an executive partner at Flagship Pioneering, a life sciences innovation enterprise, Hovsepian opened his career at IBM and served in plenty of executive positions over 16 years. He also worked as president & CEO of Intralinks, a cloud-based software company, which he managed through a strategy and cloud re-platforming cycle and enhanced shareholder value over three times. Antecedent to that, Ron was president & CEO at Novell, where he drove the company through its significant shift to Linux and tripled the company’s overall operating margin. Having such a spectacular background speaks volumes about Hovsepian.
