Pronab Biswas Appointed Executive Housekeeper at Novotel Goa Resort
Novotel Goa Resort & Spa is excited to welcome Pronab Biswas as the new Executive Housekeeper. With a strong background in hospitality management, Pronab is set to elevate the property's housekeeping standards. In his new role, he will lead the housekeeping team to prioritize cleanliness and safety, enhance guest satisfaction, and achieve excellent inspection scores by providing effective staff training.
Pronab brings 12 years of extensive experience in managing daily housekeeping operations across diverse environments, including luxury hotels like JW Marriott Goa, restaurants, and public spaces. His leadership capabilities are backed by a history of directing teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction. He is adept at training, supervising, and scheduling staff while conducting inspections of rooms and communal areas. His dedication to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, alongside effective inventory management, has consistently led to high guest satisfaction ratings.
Pronab is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) of Kolkata, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University.
