
Prudent Insurance Brokers Names Manvinder Kaur as Deputy CHRO

Prudent Insurance Brokers, a full-service insurance brokerage, has named Manvinder Kaur as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (Deputy CHRO). In her new position, Kaur will oversee the development of the people strategy at Prudent Insurance Brokers and be instrumental in facilitating the company's ongoing growth trajectory.
With more than twenty years of experience in various sectors, Kaur offers skills in strategic HR leadership, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. She has consistently shown the capability to foster high-performance cultures, initiate leadership development programs, and guide transformational change within organizations.

Prior to her tenure at Prudent, she spent almost seven years at ICICI Lombard General Insurance, where she headed Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Her prior career covers more than 14 years in various sectors, enhancing her cross-industry viewpoint. She possesses a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
