The erstwhile Executive Vice President of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH (Electronic System and Logistics Group), Berthold spearheaded global automotive engineering business in Germany, United States & China and built the company’s strategic vision in connected car and automated driving segment.

An engineering graduate from University of Stuttgart and alumnus of INSEAD, Berthold withholds over 25 years of experience across engineering, operations and customer relationships on both customer and supplier sides of transportation business. Previously, he also executive and senior leadership positions with leading transportation and technology companies including Porsche, Daimler, HP, T-Systems and CSC, across North America, Asia and Europe.
