Ramco Conducts Round Table About the Transformative Role of Global Capability Centers
Hyatt Centric MG Road, Bangalore, hosts an exclusive event organized by Ramco, in partnership with Deloitte and Everest Group, in an endeavor to explore the transformative role of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in revolutionizing HR and payroll operations. The event brought together industry leaders and experts who shared actionable insights.
The event started with a keynote session by Bharath M, Vice President of Everest Group, who talked on the topic: ‘GCCs at the Forefront of Payroll Transformation.’
Talking to CEO Insights, Bharath mentioned, "GCCs are fundamentally designed to enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and achieve Process Excellence. These core functions serve as the foundation upon which additional services, such as payroll, are built. One notable challenge involves navigating the intricacies of varying laws and compliance requirements. This challenge can be addressed by developing specialists within a GCC who possess deep understanding of these complexities."
This was followed by a panel discussion on GCC’s Next Leap: Innovate & Grow.
